Partnering is easy if you qualify. Main Benefits:

• 1. Get customers by offering one or more Deals. No cost to participate. You are free to have multiple deals.
• 2. Get customers by direct referrals to customers wanting your service. You set a referral fee as you see fit.

3 Steps:

• 1. Get validated Partner access:
  • Provide contact info so we can call you to approve and send your Partner access link.
• 2. Use the link to create your business profile and add deals.
• 3. We'll review and approve your profile and deals for activation.

Note: We can assist your setup by phone if you prefer.

You can set for Deals:

• Exact Deal wording
• When deal starts
• Expiry rule
• Maximum Deals can be Issued

You can set for Referral Fees:

• Amount: How calculated (% of sale, fixed $ per range, Minimum, Maximum)
• When paid: On Agreed, On Deposit, On first/final payment, On completion*
• What is paid: Any exceptions?

* We ask that referral fees payout something at 3 months, even if partial and symbolic ($10). Our Young Workers get bonused and we want them to see some result by this time.

TO QUALIFY:

• 1. Your business must be in operation.
• 2. You must be reliably reachable for customers.
• 3. You must employ 20% young workers or be working toward it or actively hiring our young workers for temporary work with your business.
• 4. You must agree to our Partner Business Promotional Agreement.
• 5. You must honour any Deals and/or Referral Fees agreed to unless an exceptional hardship is shown, per the Partner Business Promotional Agreement.
• 6. YWHS may show this logo on the partner page, featured placements, and Deal Pack materials.
